The swings have slowed a bit in the heads-up pot-limit Omaha match between ‘Giselle54’ and ‘GucciNIKE’ on the CoinPoker $500-$1,000 with $200 ante tables.

Each player has landed a seven-figure blow in the high-stakes PLO battle, but the past few sessions have seen Giselle54 drain away smaller fractions of GucciNIKE’s bankroll. Over the past week, Giselle54 has won approximately $350,000.
GucciNIKE Misses a Pile of Outs
The players were 116 blinds deep when Giselle54 raised to $3,000, and GucciNIKE three-bet to $9,000.
Giselle54 called, bringing a K♦J♦7♣ flop. GucciNIKE bet $9,226 and Giselle54 called. GucciNIKE then potted the 5♣ for $36,793. Giselle54 shoved for $98,186 effective, and GucciNIKE called the rest of the money off.
Giselle54 had top two with K♠Q♠J♣3♠. That put them slightly ahead of the A♦J♥6♦4♥ shown by GucciNIKE, but GucciNIKE still had a 42.5% chance to win, according to the Card Player Omaha odds calculator. It wasn’t to be, as the river was the 6♣. Giselle54 won the $233,226 pot.
Hand Analysis
GucciNIKE has a mandatory three-bet here with a good double-suited combo, and the flop continuation-bet looks good too. The three-bettor has the advantage in nut draws on this Broadway-heavy board, and blocking a J is nice. That will reduce the frequency at which GucciNIKE runs into middle set.
The turn brings two flush draws, and GucciNIKE has a clear pot once they pick up an open-ender to go along with the flopped equity. Potting can force some better hands to fold, and in the event that Giselle54 has a hand that can get it in, GucciNIKE will still have decent equity.
That’s exactly what happens as Giselle54 slams the money in with top two, an easy decision. GucciNIKE doesn’t get there, and a well-played hand by both sides goes Giselle54’s way.
